Delissa Kimmince made her Australia debut in 2007-08, aged 18, when she helped her side come back from 2-1 down to beat New Zealand 3-2 in Lincoln and thus preserve their Rose Bowl record. They have not been beaten in a series this century. She had toured New Zealand the year before with the Australia youth side, the Shooting Stars. A Queensland player, her idol is Ricky Ponting.
