An allrounder who bowls medium-pace swing, Jenny Gunn made her Test debut aged 17 against New Zealand at Scarborough in 2004, batting at No. 7. Her best one-day figures of 4 for 26 were claimed against New Zealand in the same summer. One of the first women to attend Nottinghamshire CCC Cricket Academy, Gunn follows the county coaching and fitness programme with fellow Notts players. Having played club cricket since the age of 10, she now plays for Thrumpton WCC and Nottinghamshire. Her fielding is outstanding and she spent a winter in Australia in 2006-07.
