Ishraq Sonet is a right-arm medium-fast bowler who has played ten first-class matches for his divisional team, Barisal Division. He has represented Bangladesh U19s in eight matches, taking four wickets at an average of 30.25. His statistics suggest that he will need to work harder on his batting if he wants to be regularly selected in the one day side, having scored just 12 runs in his eight games to date.
