Never has a Test innings ended with all 10 men being clean-bowled. South Africa came close in their second-ever Test, against England in Cape Town in 1888-89: the only non-bowled dismissal then was a run-out. The second such occasion was just over a year later, when nine Australians were bowled at The Oval in 1890, but the other man was caught.
