Profile
Dan Housego is a right-hand batsman, strong off both front and back foot, who has played for England at U-15, U-16 and U-17 level, and in 2006 he made his debut in the Minor Counties Championship for Berkshire, scoring 170 not out against Shropshire. He also scored well for Middlesex's 2nd XI, building on his winning the Youth Player of the Award in 2005. An allround athlete, he was the U-12 national champion at 200m and played youth-team football for Oxford United.
