Cricket Development Officer - Sussex

As County Development Officer you will support the Sussex Cricket Board and Club in the achievement of its development plan, particularly where it relates to the promotion and development of cricket in schools and clubs for both children and young adults.

The England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) is the national governing body for cricket from playground to Test arena. The position will require close liaison with the ECB on national initiatives and developments.

For this role you must have experience of cricket development at grass roots level and have a sound knowledge, appreciation and understanding of cricket. A self-starter with energy and enthusiasm, you will need to have good administration skills and be an excellent communicator.
