The ICC will hold a media briefing during tomorrow's play at the second npower Test at Edgbaston (Thursday 29 July), to confirm the arrangements being put in place during the ICC Champions Trophy 2004 concerning the filming of slow bowlers and extended use of TV technology for umpires.
The briefing will include an explanation of the slow bowler filming programme being carried out by human movement specialist Dr Paul Hurrion for the ICC.
David Richardson, ICC General Manager-Cricket, will also brief media on the use of stump microphone technology and the referral of no ball calls to the third umpire during ICC CT04.
One to one interviews will be available with David Richardson.

Where: TBC. Mark Harrison will advise the location for the briefing (to take place at the ground) on Thursday morning.
