ICC Technical Committee Hearing, Friday 14 February

The ICC has confirmed that the Technical Committee hearing regarding the England & Wales Cricket Board's request to reschedule its game against Zimbabwe, will take place from 2.00 pm on Friday, 14 February in Johannesburg

The ICC has confirmed that the Technical Committee hearing regarding the England & Wales Cricket Board's request to reschedule its game against Zimbabwe, will take place from 2.00 pm on Friday, 14 February in Johannesburg.
The private meeting will take place in Johannesburg, and will involve all six members of the ICC Technical Committee, as well as Tim Lamb and legal advisors from the ECB and Peter Chingoka and legal counsel, on behalf of the ZCU.
The ICC Technical Committee consists of the following people:
Malcolm Speed, ICC Chief Executive, Chairman
Dr Ali Bacher, Executive Director, ICC Cricket World Cup 2003
Campbell Jamieson, IDI Commercial Manager
Brian Basson, United Cricket Board of South Africa
Sunil Gavaskar, independent member
Michael Holding, independent member
The Technical Committee will also consider the ZCU's referral of the Andy Flower and Henry Olonga incident at the same meeting.
Media Arrangements
The Technical Committee meeting is expected to be lengthy and detailed, with no decision expected before 20:00 hours on Friday evening. ICC will advise media by 18:00 hours if there is to be a decision that evening. If so, a media conference will take place at a location to be advised in Sandton.
If no decision is reached on Friday, a media conference will be held on Saturday morning, location to be advised by ICC.
