Reconvened HKCA AGM 2013 to be held on 3rd September 2013

The HKCA Executive Committee has announced that it's Annual General Meeting 2013, which was adjourned on 5th June 2013, will be reconvened at 7PM on 3rd September 2013 at Kowloon Cricket Cricket for the purpose of receiving and adopting the audited accounts of the HKCA for the year ended 31 December 2012.

Note Pertaining to Voting

Only the team captain of Sunday League, Saturday League and Women's League teams that played in the 2012-13 season can vote in the reconvened AGM.

If any captain cannot attend the AGM in person or otherwise exercise his or her functions, a replacement representative may be nominated in writing by the members of his his/her team to attend and otherwise exercise his or her functions, to the Hon. Secretary at the HKCA's address.

Such written nomination must be submitted to the Secretary not less than two (2) days before (i.e. by 7PM on 1st September 2013) the AGM is convened. In the event that a team fails to submit such nomination on time or at all, the team shall lose its voting right in the AGM.
