Profile
Kamran Khan played his first-class career in Pakistan - as captain of Punjab University and he also played for Pakistan Universities against Richie Benuad's Commonwealth XI and was named 12th man for Pakistan against the same side. His career effectively ended when he moved to the USA on an academic scholarship and stayed, but he forged a successful career there, captaining the national side in the 1982 ICC Trophy and playing in four tournaments between 1979 and 1990. he played in the long-standing fixture against Canada between 1974 and 1987, bowing out with 6 for 102 and 74 in his last outing. He moved into coaching at Haverford College, a post he held for almost four decades, and also administration, as president of the USACA in 1999-2000. Martin Williamson
