Selena Charteris

Selena Charteris was called into the national squad after an impressive performance playing for New Zealand A earlier this year against the White Ferns and India. She plays for the State Canterbury Magicians, and in the 2005-06 season took 17 wickets bowling off-break at an economy rate of 3.34. She made her debut in the Quadrangular series in India in early 2007 and retained her place in the squad for the subsequent tour of England in the summer.
