After being on the receiving end of a perfect game for the opposition when they faced CSK in their last game, DC had things going for them and will continue to be in control of their chances of making the playoffs. Let's see if they can keep going. Follow ESPNcricinfo for news, updates, and live ball-by-ball action. For now, it's a goodbye from me Ekanth, on behalf of my fellow commentator, Matt Roller and our scorer, Ranjith P.

Mitchell Marsh, POTM for his 2 for 25 and 89 (62): It was a tough game physically when you have to bat and bowl. Cutters into the wicket were hard to score of but we knew one good partnership was enough. The first 4-5 overs was as hard as I have played in T20s. There was swing, seam, and bounce and it reminded me of the Perth stadium. It was not a 200 strike rate wicket, we had to build an innings. Davey was awesome. I've gotten back to hitting them as I want to, I have my processes in place. (On LBW) I honestly thought I smashed it first so I wasn't worried. It was lucky as I look guilty when I know I'm gone. I did feel I got away with it.

Rishabh Pant, DC Captain:: It was close to a perfect game as I believe there is always space for improvement. On these kind of wickets where there is little turn, you can go either way. I am happy we bowled first. I thought 140-160 was a good score and said so at the toss. And we got there. Destiny is always on your hands, you can look to give 100 percent. The fielding could be better, but this was close to a perfect game. (On Prithvi) We miss him but we can't control that. He has typhoid or something like that is what the doctor told me.

HS: "Ashwin needs to frame the score sheet of this match as a fact that he scored quicker that Warner in a match "

Himanshu: "When you see how teams like RR struggled great time without one of their primary players(Hetmyer), you really have to commend DC's journey so far in the tournament. Played most of their matches without their main players and still manage to sit No.5 in a 10 team competition."

Harshit: "Sometimes stats do lie 4 overs for 43 runs. Yuzi Chahal bowled much much better than that"

RR's bowling was good. As Sanju mentioned, luck was not on their side in key moments. Warner and Marsh saw through tough periods and managed to power through for the boundaries and kept the scoreboard ticking to stay ahead of the chase. Pant came in and threw his bat with seemingly unreal effectiveness. His interview at the presentation is coming up. Stay tuned.

Sanju Samson, RR Captain: Very disappointing night. We were few runs and a few wickets short. It was a two-paced wicket when we were batting, we thought we were 15 runs short. We had some bad luck with a few catches falling in front and one hitting the stumps but the bail not coming off. (On Marsh's LBW review) I thought it hit the bat and never made contact with the pad. Coming back stronger after losses is important, that'll be our focus in the next game. Hopefully, we'll get Hettie back soon.

11:10 pm: DC's Aussie-duo anchor a 160-run chase and take the team over the line. Marsh received some luck and should be POTM. Warner, who finished with a punch to symbolize success, held the chase together in a match-defining partnership for his team yet again.

Chahal to Marsh, OUT

Top-edges a sweep straight to short-fine leg! Marsh is on his haunches before leaving but he has done his job. It was a full ball on leg and was there for the slog-sweep, the option Marsh went for but it spun away a bit and took the top-edge over the sticker. Kuldeep Sen takes a comfortable catch. Marsh leaves to a standing ovation from the dugout.
