mighty slog from McClenaghan, flies up over cover - and Nurse takes a blinder on the run! They check for the no-ball, but it's fine, Williams has sealed a 72-run win for West Indies with his third wicket of the night
West Indies vs ICC World XI, at London, World XI v WI T20I, May 31 2018 - Match Result
9.25pm: Right, that's it from us for tonight. Thanks for your comments, and a pat on the back to everyone following this game around the world... Well done West Indies, and hopefully a lot of good comes from this back in the Caribbean. Cheerio!
9.20pm: Here's West Indies captain Carlos Brathwaite: "Massive thank you to everyone who came, and Shahid and the World XI boys for taking the time to come. Hopefully we've raised some money to benefit people back home and help the infrastructure. People have been struggling, but this good feeling will spread throughout the Caribbean. Hopefully we can get the electricity back on and make people feel better."
World XI captain Shahid Afridi: "They are champions and they played like champions. Want to thank ICC for inviting me, being part of a good force. We have to help each other through sports, cricket, if people are struggling with health or education, we should support each other. I'm lucky to finish my career at the Home of Cricket, thanks to Andy Flower and everyone for giving me the opportunity. I'm struggling with my fitness, but because of this cause I'm here."
Afridi, who is playing his final international game, then announces a $20,000 donation to the relief fund from his foundation - which is very decent of him.
Evin Lewis is Man of the Match: "It was a pretty decent wicket, bit on the slow side. We went out there and scored almost 200 and then defended. It's always good to give back, the people of Dominica will feel relieved that we did something for them, and got a victory as well. Important that we make the most of every opportunity to play for West Indies."
9.10pm: The West Indies players go for a tour of the ground, saluting the crowd. They have romped to victory here, lighting up Lord's with an all-action performance - and raising money for the Hurricane Relief fund to boot. Well done everyone.
"I don't think this was the 100 ball cricket everyone was talking about. :P" chuckles Siddharth Arun. Perhaps the World XI were secretly trialing the format for the ECB?
full, taking the pace off, Lamichhane digs out a single into the leg side
struck on the pads, McClenaghan trying to be cute and reversing the bat... pitched outside leg
full, dinked down the ground for one
The World XI need 76 from 24. Worth a dip...?
This is now Mitch McClenaghan's T20I best... what a night for him
tossed up on the stumps, McClenaghan finally gets hold of one and hoicks it all the way over deep midwicket for six! Just cleared the man out there
big turn, past the flailing bat, past the despairing Ramdin - and it trundles for four byes!
round the wicket, flighted and it spins away as McClenaghan swings and misses
big ole swing from Lamichhane, gets a toe end on it and the ball bobbles away off Ramdin's pads
pushed through, beaten outside off
floated up on the pads, flicked to the leg side... Lamichhane sets off, wants one that isn't there, but McClenaghan sends him back
Good spot, from Harsha: "Did anyone notice it, it is T20I No. 666, just putting it out there!" That explains this beastly fare...
goes for the yorker, maybe a slower ball, Mitch McC paddles it to fine leg
full, 85mph and chipped back over the bowler's head, McClenaghan comes back for two
pitched up on the stumps, Lamichhane bunts it down the ground for one
Sandeep Lamichhane is last man out (Tymal Mills won't bat because of injury)
full on the stumps, Rashid was creeping across, tries to play a French cricket shot and is almost nutmegged... but he's plumb lbw! That rattled both pads, standing in front of middle and off - a pretty easy decision
short ball, Rashid hurls the whole kit-and-caboodle at a top-edged pull... sails away over fine leg for six!
slung down wide on the off side
slower ball, goes for the slog but flubbed straight up by Thisara - and taken on the run by Williams off his own bowling! Top bit of work there, running towards midwicket, Williams ends an excellent knock from Thisara Perera
Kesrick Williams is back
"Rashid getting some rambunctious crowd support," reports Sam. Only seems right and proper
pushed through on the stumps, Rashid swings across the line but is hit on the pads
fired in full and chopped back to the bowler
fired full from round the wicket, dug out off the inside edge past the stumps
